Safety and Security
The safety and security of all our attendees and exhibitors is always our top priority. While much of our security infrastructure operates behind the scenes, we are continuously evaluating and enhancing our procedures to ensure the safest experience possible for everyone.
To help us all stay safe and secure during the event, here are five key actions you can take during the event:
1. Remove Your Badge When Exiting the Event
Please remove your badge when leaving the event space. On the final day of the event, we’ll have designated receptacles for the safe disposal of badges.
2. Stay Aware of Your Surroundings
Always remain alert, especially in crowded areas. Trust your instincts—if something doesn’t feel right, take note of it. If you see something, say something. Please report any suspicious activity immediately to event management or onsite security personnel.
3. Protect Your Belongings
Keep your valuables close at all times. For added security, consider storing important items in your hotel room or locked storage when possible. Be sure to keep your ID on you at all times.
4. Limit Cash and Use Secure Payment Methods
We recommend carrying only what you need in cash. For your safety, use credit cards or ATMs when possible to minimize the risk of theft.
5. Enjoy Responsibly
Be mindful of alcohol consumption, especially in unfamiliar environments. Know your limits and look out for one other.
6. Helpful Personal Safety Tips
While attending event and spending time in the host city:
- Share uber rides with loved ones
- Utilize location sharing with family
- Keep phone charged – travel with a portable charger
- Don’t travel alone at night
Health
Infocast continues to make safety for all those on-site at our events our top priority.
Events will be held in accordance with applicable public health requirements directed by federal, state and local government agencies. Policies are subject to change based on CDC and local government recommendations or the hosting venue; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements. Please continue to check this webpage for updates as changes to health and safety measures may be made by Infocast at any time as required.
Attendees are advised to consider their personal health needs. If you have a fever or other symptoms that may put others at risk of becoming ill, we encourage you not to attend an in-person event.
