    VDE Americas, a subsidiary of VDE, one of Europe’s largest technology firms, provides technical due diligence and risk mitigation services to financiers, project developers and insurance companies working on large solar and energy storage transactions. Between 2016 and this year, VDE supported funding for over 5 GW of utility-scale solar across 50+ operating projects or about 10% of U.S. utility-scale solar on a GW-basis. VDE adds significant value to transaction parties through its proven and efficient approach to confirming investment assumptions, identifying material risks, and proposing pragmatic, actionable solutions.



    Vermaland is the largest holdings of Solar farm land sites between 500 to 3500 acres. Founded in 2001 by Kuldip Verma, Vermaland is a land banking and land development company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Vermaland offers land options for residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, solar, and other renewable projects. In addition to several solar projects, Vermaland most recently completed a gated community of 170 custom homes in the White Tank Mountains off Highway 303 and Dunlap Avenue. Verma and his team have also donated $20 million in land and cash to the Vermaland Charity Foundation.

    Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) is a national nonprofit working across the renewable energy economy with a broad purpose – to change our energy future through the collective power of community. Through building community, promoting education, and cultivating leadership, WRISE works to recruit, retain, advance, and inspire systemically excluded communities in pursuing a sustainable and equitable future. WRISE has local chapters across the US and Canada; national programming that includes the annual luncheon, Leadership Forum, fellowships, the Speakers Bureau and webinar series; and a growing grassroots network of more than 15,000 participants. The organization is supported through hundreds of volunteer hours and the generous contributions of individuals as well as corporate partners.
