On-Site Registration

On-Site Registration: Begins Sunday, March 12, 2023, between 3:30pm-6:30pm. We encourage everyone to pick up their badges starting on Sunday.

Agendas & Timing

We will kick off the summit on Sunday, March 12 at 5:00pm with Opening Remarks by the Summit Chair, Jeff Chester. We will then feature two Keynote sessions: a stimulating Fireside Chat with Jatin Khanna from the Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office, followed by a much-anticipated Presentation by Derek Ganter, the Director of the Stakeholder Liaison Office at the IRS, to discuss IRA guidance. We will cap off the evening with a welcome reception at 6:20 pm in the Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom Exhibit Hall.

Sponsor Meetings & Functions

Many sponsors are scheduled to hold private meetings and social functions throughout the duration of the event. Infocast will not have a schedule of the meetings, so please check with each company directly for the meeting location and times.

Dress Code

The dress code for the program is business casual. The weather for Phoenix, AZ is predicted to be in the low 80s. We suggest you pack some layers and a coat as mornings and evenings can be a bit cooler. Some functions will be outdoors.

The rate remains the same for daytime parking as it does for overnight parking.
