We caught up with Bill Williams, Commercial Sales Director for Proterra Inc., during Evs & the Grid, to ask him a few questions about where the EV market is headed with medium to heavy load electric vehicles.
Williams is focusing on Commuter Shuttle/Transportation solutions at all Airports, Universities and Corporations. For the last 6 years, he was working on EV infrastructure for airports, workplace and universities as well as smart city projects. He has presented at the Pentagon, Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Energy. For the past twenty years he has held executive positions such as Regional Vice President of EVI and Vice President of Sales in North America for ZENN Motor Company. As CEO of his own consulting company Green Motion he has partnered with EV Manufactures, Solar, Hybrid Drive Technology, and battery companies. Bill has been active with EDTA, NAFA, GSA, Fed Fleet & Clean Cities Coalitions throughout the US for many years. Bill continues to be a passionate and knowledgable spokesperson for the EV Industry.
