Nordstrom Teams Up with Infor to Boost Omnichannel Capabilities

Leading fashion specialty retailer Nordstrom has selected Infor to support the company’s point-of-sale (POS) system in the cloud.

Switching to Infor’s innovative POS system in the cloud will enable Nordstrom to be more accurate and consistent across multiple locations, attend to customers more quickly and better manage and track information.

“Nordstrom is an example of a leading edge retailer willing to disrupt a decades old business model,” said Corey Tollefson, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Infor Retail.

This partnership will also allow Nordstrom to better engage with their customer base and fulfill cross-channel functionality promises.
