Cannabis growers and Coachella Valley real estate professionals working together to develop facilities to supply the world’s biggest cannabis market: Southern California
Southern California will be the largest cannabis market in the world. To supply it, cannabis cultivators are eagerly setting up grow operations: scoping out sites, rehabbing warehouses and greenhouses, and breaking ground on new builds. Desert cities in the Coachella Valley are actively encouraging this trend, while real estate investors and operators, including Canna REITs, are creating grow spaces for rental to cultivators. But only the best informed and connected players will strike truly optimal deals in this exciting, fast-moving and complex market.
Infocast and Resource Innovation Institute are bringing together experts from all portions of the cannabis real estate value chain to inform and connect on today’s hottest deals. Participants will include hard money lenders, architects, consultants, energy systems providers, HVAC contractors, lighting and water systems suppliers as well as elected officials, county and city managers and planners, utilities and cannabis licensing program managers.
Leveraging Infocast’s line of cannabis compliance summits, and Resource Innovation Institute’s deep energy and water conservation expertise, this event will bring together the key information and people you need to move forward. Join us for this can’t miss event that will pull together all of the players needed to truly enable a “Green Zone” in the Coachella Valley.
