RNG & SAF Capital Markets Summit - Presented by Infocast

July 16 - 17, 2025
Houston, TX

Connect With RNG + SAF Capital Providers and Industry Leaders for the Latest Insights into the Policy, Economics, and Strategies Driving the Development, Finance and Commercial Deployment of Projects in Today’s Landscape

The RNG and SAF markets in the US continue to expand at an unprecedented rate. Predictions for RNG estimate a growth to 160 million MMBTUs and about $4 billion in sales by end of the decade. Today there are more than 400 RNG facilities nationwide, with an additional 130 under construction and 233 in the planning stages. For SAF, in addition to the three operational facilities in the US today, there are 37 projects currently under development, with a likely increase in production of 1 billion gallons per year over the next 3 years. While opportunity abounds, driven by increasing demand in the transportation sector and declining costs, meeting this demand will require ever more significant capital raises.

Despite the prospects, substantial challenges remain in raising capital for these projects; evolving state and Federal incentives and regulations are creating uncertainties, and the pool of capital providers is still limited.

Only those projects equipped with a complete forecast of the markets and a thorough understanding of the complexities around deal structures, incentives, costs, risk mitigation, and the best practices necessary to successfully scale-up and commercialize these projects—along with a sound understanding of the risk appetite and perspectives of capital providers to this field--will succeed.

Infocast’s RNG & SAF Capital Markets Summit brings together the best assemblage of equity investors and debt providers in the sector, along with senior executives from RNG and SAF production companies, project development platforms, feedstock and resource owners, offtakers and the participants and suppliers who need to understand today’s cutting-edge developments in financing successful RNG & SAF projects. These industry leaders will provide strategies to successfully navigate the challenges facing these projects, and fund industry growth.

American Group Power

Website

American Power Group is the leading U.S. dual fuel diesel engine conversion technology company providing cost-effective alternative fueling solutions for diesel engines to significantly reduce toxic emissions such as NOx, NMHCs, CO and fine particulate. Our dual fuel technology is a practical, affordable, and proven alternative fuel solution to convert existing Class 8 diesel trucks to displace up to 65% of diesel with various forms of natural gas, including low-carbon and negative-carbon RNG, CNG, LNG and eligible biodiesel blends and renewable diesel. When displacing 50-60% of fossil diesel consumption with RNG from dairy manure the estimated CI score is between -104 to -145 gC02e/MJ avoiding between an estimated 500 to 610 metric tons of CO2 per year per vehicle. Installation requires no engine modification and there is no loss of torque or power when running dual fuel.

Crux Climate

Website

Empact Technologies is a leading clean energy IRA compliance management platform. Our software and services enable utility and community-scale project developers and investors to ensure their projects are fully compliant with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA), Domestic Content, Energy Community, and Low-Income Community requirements.

Developers and investors of solar, energy storage, wind, carbon capture and sequestration, and other clean energy project technologies use Empact to maximize IRA tax credit qualification and mitigate IRS recapture audit non-compliance risk.

Empact supports clients across the tax credit value chain including project developers, EPCs and contractors, equipment suppliers, tax credit investors, and insurance firms. We ensure IRA compliance through the tax credit lifecycle from project development, pre-construction, financing, construction, and COD, to tax credit transactions and asset management phases.
