About the Course
This two-day Project Finance Documentation Course will provide attendees with a broad knowledge base about the fundamentals of renewable energy project finance. Financing renewable energy in the United States is complicated. There are government incentives, complex tax rules and hundreds of companies competing for financing. Learn about the documents involved in constructing, operating and financing a wind or solar project and how the documents are structured in a successful project. Attendees will also learn about and discuss the issues regularly faced by sponsors, tax equity investors and lenders. These issues range from corporate structuring to ensuring that all risks are mitigated. Real world case studies will be used to guide attendees.

About the Faculty
The course is led by Jim Berger and Amanda Rosenberg, Senior Associates in the Los Angeles office of Norton Rose Fulbright. They have worked on billions of dollars of renewable energy financings and regularly represent sponsors, lenders and tax equity investors in the financing of renewable energy projects.

Team Discounts

For teams of three or more from the same organization, the third and subsequent registrants qualify for a 50% discount. Discounts cannot be combined.

Cancellation, Refund & Credits

Should you be unable to attend, a refund, less a $195 administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received more than 10 business days before the event. We will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company, or credit the registration to another Infocast event if you register within 6 months from the date of this event. If the event is canceled, Infocast’s liability is limited to the refund of the event registration fee only.
