Gain a Thorough Understanding of Key Documentation Involved in Successfully Financing Renewable Energy Projects

This two-day Project Finance Documentation Course will provide attendees with a broad knowledge base about the fundamentals of renewable energy project finance. Financing renewable energy in the United States is complicated. There are government incentives, complex tax rules and hundreds of companies competing for financing. Learn about the documents involved in constructing, operating and financing a wind or solar project and how the documents are structured in a successful project.

Attendees will also learn about and discuss the issues regularly faced by sponsors, tax equity investors, and lenders. These issues range from corporate structuring to ensuring that all risks are mitigated. Real-world case studies will be used to guide attendees.

About the Faculty
The course is being led by Jim Berger and Amanda Rosenberg, Senior Associates in the Los Angeles office of Norton Rose Fulbright. They have worked on billions of dollars of renewable energy financings and regularly represent sponsors, lenders and tax equity investors in the financing of renewable energy projects.
