CCAs, Munis, IOUs, ESPs and Corporates Share Their Shifting Procurement Priorities

The California energy procurement landscape is changing rapidly. The passage of SB100 will drive investment of hundreds of billions in renewable energy and storage projects, and involve procurement by IOUs, CCAs, public power, ESPs and corporate buyers. Successfully meeting the power supply needs of these buyers will require understanding the evolving needs of all the players in renewable energy procurement in California.

California Renewable Energy Procurement will bring together CCAs, Munis, IOUs, ESPs and developers to strategize and discuss:

  • How they can align their individual procurement goals
  • How upcoming regulations will influence short and long-term procurement
  • What creative development solutions are available to get the ball rolling on new procurement
  • How CCA and other smaller projects can be financed to get them off the ground

Don’t miss the Pre-Summit Executive Briefing – Examining California’s Changing Regulatory Landscape for an in-depth look at how direct access expansion, PCIA developments and other regulatory shifts are impacting California’s new and veteran LSEs.
