    Learn More

To Our Speakers, Sponsors and Attendees:

In the early March of 2020, as the novel coronavirus was spreading throughout the U.S, Infocast made a decision to postpone its largest event of the year – Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit, along with its co-located event – Solar + Storage Finance & Investment Summit.

Since then, we have been closely monitoring the unfolding health situation in the country and the world, and the recent early signs of the flattening of the curve of the disease have convinced us that all the measures that are currently being implemented will allow Infocast to host the two above-mentioned Summits in a safe environment in October of 2020.

We would like to reiterate that the safety and experience of Infocast attendees is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds, and will update this notice if needed.

The Solar + Storage Finance & Investment Summit is the premier opportunity to gain insight into Solar + Storage project finance from the leading market players. Radiance Structured Finance LLC

    Website

Radiance is a renewable energy finance company that is dedicated to improving lives through
providing capital to support the creation of clean energy. Radiance’s sweet spot is financing
new or existing solar projects that require fixed rate, long term and flexible debt capital. Rates are fixed without an interest rate swap requirement with pricing based on a grid that aligns with offtaker credit profile. Loan term can extend to 30 years and credits are prepayable after seven years without penalty and are assumable.

Radiance’s principals have extensive solar finance, tax credit, capital markets and asset
management experience. We were unfulfilled bankers who have now dedicated ourselves to
“redefining the box” as it relates to financing solar loans with predictable cashflow. Moreover, we are a triple bottom line entity that balances profit motive with an emphasis on improving both our environment and the lives of those in low income communities.
