Risk-Free Early Bird
Take advantage of the Early Bird rates risk-free! If an Early Bird registration is later canceled, an administrative charge will not be applied and the full tuition amount will be refunded.

If Infocast cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Infocast’s liability is limited to the refund of the event registration fee only.

Notwithstanding the above, if the Infocast Event Community has been accessed, no refund or credits will be made.

Team Discounts
For teams of three or more from the same organization, the third and subsequent registrants qualify for a 50% discount. Discounts cannot be combined.

Bus Tour Policy

  • The Tour registration is non-refundable, unless in the event that the tour changes or cancels an arrival or departure date.
  • The time slot you have chosen is permanent and you will not have the ability to switch time slots for any reason.
  • Name changes may be allowed as long as the registrant meets the requirements above and the name change is submitted to [email protected] prior to October 17, 2018.
  • My 420 Tours reserves the right to remove a customer from a tour for any reason that violates any state or local law pertaining to the possession or use of marijuana, any federal, state or local law pertaining to issues other than marijuana, is disruptive to others, or constitutes a danger to himself/herself or others. The customer will not receive any refund for the remaining portion of the tour.

Cancellation, Refund & Credits
Should you be unable to attend, a refund, less a $195 administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received more than 10 business days before the event. We will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company or credit the registration to another Infocast event if you register within 6 months from the date of this event. If the event is canceled, Infocast’s liability is limited to the refund of the event registration fee only.

Community Networking Disclaimer
Accessing the Infocast Event Community system is, in financial terms, equivalent to attending the event; no refunds or credits will be made to users thereafter.

Photography & Videography
Photography and/or videography may take place on-site at Infocast events. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are consenting that you or your likeness may be photographed or recorded and used in future Infocast materials for marketing, promotional or creative purposes.
