This course is a comprehensive review of the changes made to ISO/IEC 17025 during its recent revision. In this course, you will be guided through the impact to your existing ISO/IEC 17025 compliant system, as well as the necessary steps to ensure compliance to the new standard.

The course will be taught by Tim Osborne. Tim Osborne serves as the Sr. Director of Training Services at A2LA. Previously, as the Director of Quality for Trescal, Inc., he provided both private and public quality and metrology training. Through NCSLI, he serves as a technical expert to ISO Working Group (WG) 44 which is responsible for the crafting of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. In addition, he participated in and oversaw the development of the ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 Handbook and several NCSLI Recommended Practices and taught several tutorials. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering with minors in Materials Engineering and Chemistry.
