Conference Brochure Exposure
Infocast will display your logo on the cover of 30,000 to 40,000 brochures, with your corporate profile highlighted inside. Your meeting participation is highlighted within the agenda. Plus, any cocktail, breakfast or luncheon functions you are hosting are identified once again with your logo.
Direct Mail and E-Mail to Your Client List With Telemarketing Follow-Up
Infocast will work closely with you to personalize an offer for your clients so that they may receive a discount off of the conference tuition. Infocast will even pay all postage costs, as well as provide telemarketing support to help put your clients in seats at the conference or event.

Infocast will display your logo and profile on the conference web page, located within the Infocast website, as well as a hyperlink to your website.
Exhibiting and Heightened Exposure at the Conference
Your sponsorship participation offers several unique opportunities to sell directly to your targeted audience of conference attendees: through your presence on the agenda, the on-site course materials, and the post-meeting material; via information you provide in your exhibit; through heightened brand awareness during your hosted function; and via signage and your staff presence at the conference.
